We want you to love your fragrance! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policies below:
  • 1. Returns & Exchanges Unopened Products: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perfumes that have been opened or used.
  • Gift Sets & Bundles: Must be returned in full, with all items included and unused.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation. Please include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
3. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Return Instructions To start a return, please contact our support team at support@rmrm.live. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
