• Pausing or Cancelling Subscriptions may be paused or canceled before the next billing date. Requests made after billing are effective for the following cycle.
• No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
• Product Selection & Availability We aim to personalize selections based on your preferences but cannot guarantee specific products.
• In the case of stock shortages, we may substitute a similar fragrance of equal or greater value.
